TgCom reports that Kaka has received a 'kiss of fortune' in the parental department. According to them, his wife, Caroline Celico is pregnant and the couple are keeping 'quiet' about it, preferring to keep the early news to themselves. The 'rumours' apparently began to surface during the recent Milan Fashion Week, which the couple presumably attended.

My guess is that Carol probably turned up in a dress or something with a tum tum showing... to generate some form of gossip from the Italian media there.
